Dr. Trent McGary, DPT, CMPT, OCS

Dr. Trent McGary was born in Provo, UT. Lived a few years in the state of Washington as his father finished up his schooling at WSU before taking a position at Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo, CA. Dr. McGary enjoyed the beach life of sunny California until just prior to turning sixteen, his family moved to Rexburg, ID as his father took a position at Ricks College, now BYU-Idaho. Dr. McGary traded the body board for a 12-gauge shotgun and fishing pole and spending his time in the spud fields of Idaho. Dr. McGary finished his last three years of High School at Madison High School prior to serving a two year volunteer LDS mission in the country of Paraguay, South America where he formally taught the gospel of Jesus Christ in Spanish as well as the native language of “Guarani”. He married his eternal companion Katie (Kaaen) who came from the little town of Vale, OR the summer of 2001. Katie and Dr. McGary share the unique trait of being a twin. Katie is an identical twin and Dr. McGary is a fraternal twin. Life has been full of pink and purple ever since marriage, being the proud parents of five daughters. Dr. McGary continues to be active in his religious beliefs volunteering time in ecclesiastical leadership roles and many service opportunities both in his religion and with the local Rigby Rotary International Club. When time permits he enjoys the outdoors in all aspects from athletics to hiking and camping, snow skiing, snow shoeing, gardening, landscaping, fishing, community fun runs, dabbling in carpentry, and just being a dad of young ladies and of course dating his spouse.

Dr. McGary graduated from BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIVERSITY—IDAHO Rexburg, ID with an Associate of Arts and Sciences, May 2002; IDAHO STATE UNIVERSITY Pocatello, ID with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, May 2004; IDAHO STATE UNIVERSITY Pocatello, ID with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, May 2007; Most recently sat for his National Orthopaedic Specialist Certification (OCS) Examination March 2017 through the Orthopaedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA); Currently has completed  Levels I &II curriculum courses of the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) working towards his Certification of Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT). Dr. McGary loves and believes whole heartedly what NAIOMT has put in the front of some of their course manuals; “An amateur can be satisfied with knowing a fact; a professional must know the reason why. An amateur practices until he can do a thing right, a professional until he can’t do it wrong.”

Dr. Ryan Hall, DPT

Dr. Ryan Hall was born and raised in Rigby, ID. He graduated from Rigby High School in 2006. After graduation, he served an LDS mission to Bahia, Blanca, Argentina. Upon returning home from his mission, Dr. Hall married his high school sweetheart Kelsey (Dabell) and together they have 4 children. Dr. Hall went on to graduate from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Hall continued his education at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, UT where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in December 2016. Dr. Hall spent time doing clinical internships focusing on outpatient orthopedic conditions. He completed internships at EIRMC and Rehab Authority in Idaho Falls, ID., and Pro Rehab in Evansville, IN. During his schooling, Dr. Hall participated in the Clinical Excellence Network where he learned different manual therapy skills under a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist and Fellow of the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). Since graduation he has continued his education and begun his journey to become a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist by taking continuing education courses through NAIOMT. Dr. Hall has completed training in Functional Dry Needling through Kinetacore, and uses this treatment for a variety of pathologies.

Dr. Hall loves spending time with his family and is thrilled to be able to join Rigby Physical Therapy and bring his knowledge and skills back home. He enjoys spending time with family and friends. In his off time, Dr. Hall can often be found holding a Pepsi, golfing, water skiing, camping, and playing with his kids. Dr. Hall loves all sports and enjoys coaching and teaching kids to enjoy an active lifestyle.  Dr. Hall has a passion for Physical Therapy and has seen how it can benefit people of all ages, in all walks of life.

Dr. Chris Dahle, DPT

Dr. Chris Dahle was born and raised in Salmon, Idaho. He played basketball and ran track for Salmon all 4 years of his high school career and still enjoys athletics today. Through various injuries during his time playing sports, he worked with a local physical therapist who volunteered with the school athletic teams. This is where his interest in physical therapy really began. After high school, Dr. Dahle served a two-year mission to Mexico City, Mexico and upon returning married his wife Kali. Together they have 3 children named Beau, Parker, and Maxwell. He later attended BYU-Idaho where he received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. His interest in physical therapy grew during anatomy and physiology courses as well as a kinesiology course at BYU-Idaho. He went on to attend graduate school at Idaho State University where he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. In his free time Dr. Dahle enjoys playing basketball, playing the guitar and singing, movies, hunting, fishing, camping, and most of all spending time with his family.  He loves physical therapy and thoroughly enjoys helping people achieve their goals and improve their health to get back to the things they love.

Dr. Braden Lott, DPT

Dr. Braden Lott grew up in Idaho Falls and graduated from Skyline High School where he was a three-sport athlete. He has always had a deep love for sports and learning about the body which inspired him to become a physical therapist from his early years in high school, even though he never had experience in a physical therapy clinic. He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Tampa, Florida, where he gained valuable experience interacting and connecting with people. Later, he graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science and continued his education at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah, where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in April 2021.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Lott’s favorite activity is anything that includes his family. He married his high school sweetheart, Melanie, and together they have two wonderful children, Kayson and Eden. He also continues to enjoy sports and loves to be outside. As an early professional, Dr. Lott is excited to enhance his knowledge and skills. He has already had valuable experiences in a variety of settings treating individuals of all ages, including newborns, which has deepened his passion for physical therapy.

Ann Polson

Ann was born and raised in Idaho Falls, graduating from Bonneville High School.  She married Doug Polson and they made their home in Rigby.  They have 3 sons.  Ann worked in Security at the INL for 10 years before deciding to be a full time mom.  She has always been family oriented spending the majority of her time supporting her children in their various activities.  When her sons were raised she decided to return to the workforce and began working at Rigby Physical Therapy when it opened in 2013.   Ann loves people and socializing.  She loves animals and especially springtime when the baby animals are born.  Some of her hobbies include quilting, boating, camping, gardening, and cooking.  She loves doing anything that involves family.

Cameron Ricks

Cameron Ricks is a native of Rigby, graduating from Rigby High School in 2017. Following high school graduation, Cameron served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Northern New England. Since returning from his mission, Cameron has enrolled at BYUI and hopes to eventually pursue a doctorate in physical therapy. He and his wife Stephanie enjoy photography and outdoor activities including hiking, soccer, and fishing.

Cameron was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. He graduated from Centennial High School June 2021. He is pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Physiology at Brigham Young Univerisity- Idaho with the goal of becoming a Licensed Physical Therapist.

He enjoys helping, motivating, and empowering those around him. In his free time, you will find Cameron exercising, reading, and playing sports. He enjoys learning and challenging his thinking every day. He has a passion for physical therapy and helping people exceed their goals!
